MANKATO, Minn., Jan. 16, 2012 — HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ:HTCO, news, filings) today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of HickoryTech common stock. The $0.14 dividend is payable on March 5, 2012 to shareholders of record on Feb. 15, 2012.
HickoryTech has paid a cash dividend to shareholders for more than 60 years. The company increased its quarterly dividend in fourth quarter 2011 and fourth quarter 2010.
