New York Business Applauds Data Center and InterConnection Leader’s Employee Incentive Programs for Second Consecutive Year
New York, NY (Dec. 7, 2011) – Telx® today announced it has earned the number thirty-eight spot on the 2011 Crain’s New York Business list of “Best Places to Work in New York City.” The rankings are published annually and winners are determined by statistical analysis that includes in-depth surveys on employee happiness and company benefits. This marks the second consecutive year that Telx has landed on the list.
Companies in this competition range in size from less than 50 employees to 50,000+ and included firms from various industries. Employees at competing companies were asked to anonymously answer questions about the quality of their workplace, such as retention incentives, succession programs and staff recognition efforts. Crain’s New York Business acknowledged Telx as a “Goldmine of Recognition,” based on its many employee incentives and awards that create a culture of gratitude and accountability in the workplace.
