Store Makes the 2nd Retail Location in the Area
WAYNESBORO, VA – Virginia-based nTelos Wireless is expanding its local retail presence in Suffolk with a new store at 7394-5 Harbor Towne Parkway.
Known for providing high-speed, dependable nationwide coverage and the best network satisfaction guarantee in the industry, nTelos Wireless officially opened the store on Thursday, Dec. 22.
“We’re always working to expand our retail locations to increase customer satisfaction and convenience,” said Conrad Hunter, chief operating officer of nTelos Wireless. “Our new store has a convenient and inviting atmosphere where customers can sample active phones, from Androids to Blackberry, and select the one that is best for them.”
The 3,200-square-foot store will have seven employees and is designed with the retail shopping experience and customer satisfaction in mind. It will feature live phone bars that allow shoppers to try up to 28 different active phones including Android Smartphones and tablet devices. The hands-on experience gives customers the opportunity to touch and test a phone before purchasing. The store floor plan also includes displays for accessories, Direct TV, and an easy payment kiosk. In recognition of the opening, nTelos Wireless is offering special pricing on select handsets and rate plans.
Hours for the store will be: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
