Integra Telecom Establishes Ethernet Transport Services with Saddleback Communications in Arizona

Agreement Expands Ethernet Services Footprint for Both Companies

PORTLAND, Ore., Dec. 1, 2011 – Integra Telecom, Inc., a provider of fiber-based, businessgrade networking, communications and hosted cloud solutions, is pleased to announce an agreement with Saddleback Communications, a tribally owned and highly regarded Arizonabased Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC), to establish Ethernet-to-Ethernet transport services using enterprise-class Carrier Ethernet technology. This agreement empowers businesses to seamlessly connect sites at very high rates of data exchange regardless of their location within the Integra or Saddleback fiber footprints. Companies that take advantage of these new services will be, in effect, working under one “digital” roof.

“Saddleback is at the cutting-edge of new and creative technology deployments, so we’ve worked with Integra to establish an enterprise-class Ethernet infrastructure that will allow us to seamlessly provide Ethernet transport and cloud-based services to businesses on and off our Community,” said Shane Gregory, director of operations at Saddleback Communications.

“Integra is proud to partner with a forward-thinking company like Saddleback to help them extend their business,” said Joe Harding, senior vice president of product management and development at Integra. “The company’s commitment to innovation is matched only by its high-touch customer service efforts – both of which align with Integra’s own goals. We will continue to bring new enterprise-grade telecommunications and IT products, like Ethernet Services and cloud solutions, to our customers throughout our ever-growing network.”
