Frontier Communications Corporation to Transfer Stock Exchange Listing to NASDAQ Global Select Market

STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dec. 2, 2011– Frontier Communications Corporation (NYSE:FTR, news, filings) today announced the voluntary transfer of its stock exchange listing from The New York Stock Exchange to The NASDAQ Global Select Market, an exchange of The NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. Frontier will continue to be listed under the symbol “FTR” and expects trading to commence on NASDAQ on December 16, 2011.
