Common Stock Dividend
The Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company’s common stock for the fourth quarter 2011. The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 27, 2011.
Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock
The Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.4921875 per share on the Company’s 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from October 16, 2011 to January 15, 2012. The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 27, 2011.
Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock
The Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.4765625 per share on the Company’s 7.625% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period from October 16, 2011 to January 15, 2012. The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 27, 2011.
