Level 3 Provides Voice Solutions to Clearfly Communications

Enhances Clearfly’s Network Capabilities and Geographic Reach

BROOMFIELD, Colo., Nov. 15, 2011/PRNewswire/ — Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE:LVLT, news, filings) today announced that it has been selected by Clearfly Communications, a communications service provider based in San Francisco, to provide advanced voice solutions that will enable the company to improve the quality and network reach of its services.

Clearfly Communications provides small and medium-sized businesses with voice, data and mobile service packages, and will use Level 3’s Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to provide high-quality solutions to its regional and national enterprise customers. These services will be used to support the delivery of Clearfly’s mobile applications in addition to existing products that enhance the communications experience for its end users. Under the terms of the agreement, Level 3 is providing Clearfly Communications with local inbound, toll free, voice termination and high-speed Internet protocol (HSIP) services.
