Four bank syndicate, with increased borrowing capacity, to support further acquisitions and expansion
Denver, Colo – November 23, 2011 – Cologix™, a network neutral interconnection and colocation company, announced today that it has increased its borrowing capacity, extended the maturity date of its credit facility, and added two new institutions to its bank syndicate. Proceeds will support the Company’s ongoing acquisition and expansion activities.

The transaction was led by Royal Bank of Canada as Administrative Agent and included JPMorgan Chase as Documentation Agent. The remainder of the syndicate includes Bank of America and Scotia Bank.
