Makeover Helps Sync Look and Feel of Shenandoah Valley Stores
WAYNESBORO, VA – Virginia-based nTelos Wireless, known for providing high-speed, dependable nationwide coverage and the best network satisfaction guarantee in the industry, has given its Staunton store, located at 1028 Richmond Road, an extreme makeover.
As part of the makeover, the store now features live phone bars that give customers the option to try up to 28 different live phones, including Android smartphones and tablet devices, allowing them a hands-on experience before purchasing.
“We made a promise to our customers to provide them the best retail experiences in the wireless industry,” said Conrad Hunter, president of nTelos Wireless. “Our decision to invest in the makeover of this location is part of that promise. It was redesigned with superior customer experience and satisfaction in mind.”
The store has six employees, is 1,600 square feet and will also have new selling stations to make the customer checkout experience faster and more efficient. It also includes a payment kiosk for customers to pay their monthly bills or renew their Frawg Wireless prepay plans.
In recognition of the extreme makeover, nTelos is currently offering two unlimited nationwide Smartphone lines for $99.98.
