(expected NASDAQ listing: LMOS), effective upon the spin-off of the Company’s wireline business into an independent, publicly traded company. Mr. Covert joins Lumos Networks with over twenty-seven years of experience as Chief Financial Officer for public and private technology companies.

From 2005 to 2007, he was Chief Financial Officer for Openwave Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of software solutions for the communications and media industries.
