Fibertech Networks, a leading regional provider of fiber optic bandwidth services, today announced that John K. Purcell, Chairman and CEO, and Frank Chiaino, President and COO, are being recognized by the Small Business Council as finalists for the 2011 Business Person of the Year Award.
