LAS VEGAS – CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE:CTL, news, filings), the third largest telecommunications company in the U.S., announced it is partnering with Terrible Herbst to offer unleaded gas at select locations to consumers at 2010 pricing. The “CenturyLink™ Prism™ Labor Day Weekend Gas Giveaway,” taking place today only from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. PDT, serves to commemorate the first anniversary of CenturyLink’s launch of its Prism TV product in Las Vegas, as well as give Labor Day weekend travelers a break at the pump.
CenturyLink and Terrible Herbst are rolling back prices on unleaded gas to match last year’s September average for Nevada – $2.83 per gallon[1] – for up to 20 gallons of gas per vehicle.
