Pacnet now a “one-stop” provider for all business telecommunications services
SYDNEY, 2 June 2011 – Pacnet, Asia’s leading business telecommunications service provider, today announced the addition of Mobile Voice to its portfolio of premium business telecommunications solutions.
Through a partnership with Optus, Pacnet delivers Mobile Voice plans designed with the small business in mind. Complementing its diverse range of customisable business communications solutions, including fixed voice, broadband Internet connectivity, network and IT hosting solutions, the new mobile voice service puts Pacnet in a position to offer a one-stop shop for all business communication needs.
“Today, SMEs are doing more with less. The complexity of managing multiple providers is time consuming and can expose businesses to duplication of services, hence they are looking to reap synergies from consolidating telecommunications services with one service provider,” said Deborah Homewood, Chief Executive Officer of Pacnet Australia. “With the addition of Mobile Voice, Pacnet answers the market’s call for a complete business telecommunications solution. “
“We also understand that companies want to tailor business mobiles for different users so, as with all Pacnet services, we shape our mobile services according to what our customers need. We’re offering a customisable set of plans ranging from voice only plans, to voice plus a wide choice of data allowances, to make sure our service addresses both the needs and budgets of our clients,” added Ms Homewood.
Mobile Voice plans, available exclusively to business customers, start at A$19 per month. Plans come with standard call value and include a bonus fleet call value for use on Pacnet mobile-to-mobile calls. Additionally, a variety of mobile data services and Blackberry packages are also available.
As with all Pacnet services, Mobile Voice is supported by Pacnet’s award-winning technical support team that has a long history of service excellence. Mobile Voice customers will also get access to the Pacnet Account Toolkit. This gives them access to administer all Pacnet services through a convenient, web-based portal, including managing mobile voice usage, monitoring office broadband traffic and reviewing fixed voice consumption.
