Firm’s IPO Earns Top Honors in 2011 Corporate Growth Awards
GAITHERSBURG, MD, May 09, 2011 – BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ:BSFT, news, filings), the leading global provider of software that enables fixed-line, mobile and cable service providers to deliver real time communications, voice and multimedia services, over their IP-based networks, today announced it was awarded the 2011 Corporate Growth Award for “Deal of the Year,” less than $100 million by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). BroadSoft was recognized for successfully completing its IPO, as well as for the firm’s growth and financial performance in 2010.
The Corporate Growth Awards are sponsored by ACG and recognize the Greater Washington region’s best deals – based on size and significance – and the firms and individuals behind them.
