Windstream amends its credit facility

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Windstream Corp. (NYSE:WIN, news, filings) announced today that it has successfully amended its senior secured revolving credit facility to, among other things, extend the revolving maturity date to December 2015.

J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., serves as administrative agent.
