Participating in the session “Migrate, Integrate and Consolidate: Successful Cloud CRM to ERP Strategies,” Parks will share his experience in effectively migrating data from back-office CRM solutions to cloud-based, front-office systems. He will highlight how such a strategy paid off in greater flexibility, extended functionality and a more comprehensive understanding of Sonus’ customers via integration with other business applications such as ERP systems.
The IBM Impact2011 software conference is being held from April 12 to 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. It offers IT professionals the opportunity to learn the latest technology trends and receive a year’s worth of technical education in one week. Participants at this year’s IBM Impact2011 can attended Parks’ session on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 4:45 p.m. PDT in Lido 3001A at the Venetian Conference Center in Las Vegas.
