In partnership with Seccuris Inc., a leader in information assurance integration headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada with US offices in Washington, D.C., KDDI America will deliver 2 types of services: Security Monitoring and Vulnerability/Web Assessments. KDDI America will offer the third service, a Security Policy Development Support and Training service.
The security monitoring service is designed to help businesses detect and handle potential network threats and anomalies and gain a better understanding of their overall security posture. The purpose of these services is to enable companies to become more efficient in their ability to handle threats both internally and externally. The Monitoring Service consists of 3 service types: Firewall Administrative/Management, Firewall Security Monitoring, and both a Basic and Premium Security Monitoring service which includes IPS/IDP/IDS security monitoring. The services will be targeted to customers who have a need to minimize damages in case of a security incident, feel secure via 24/7 real-time capture of the network activities or have data compliance requirements to fulfill.
The Vulnerability Assessment service is designed to report on vulnerabilities found on the network devices and web applications and advises on possible remediation methods. The services will be targeted to customers who would like to understand the exposures in their networks and web applications, to enhance overall security, as well as improve their ability to meet data compliance requirements.
Additionally, KDDI America will provide a Security and Policy Training Support program. The program is designed to provide policy templates, develop and or review a customer-revised policy and make recommendations. The program will also train employees so each employee has a full understanding of the policy.
