Jersey City, NJ (March 17, 2011) – QTS (Quality Technology Services), one of the nation.s largest and fastest growing providers of data centers and managed services, today announced an expansion plan to upgrade the power, raised-floor space and the connectivity to QTS.s Jersey City Data Center. With the first phase available in late Q2 2011, the new upgrade will result in over 5.0 MW of power and over 50,000 square feet of raised floor available to customers in the facility. Overlooking the Hudson River and six miles from Manhattan, the QTS Jersey City Data Center is already dual fed by two power grids.
