NTT America’s Michael Wheeler to Participate in Panel Discussion at Capacity LATAM

Global IP Network Vice President to share insight into monetizing Ethernet in South American markets

WHAT:

Michael Wheeler, vice president of the Global IP Network business unit at NTT America, will participate in a panel discussion at Capacity LATAM titled, “Monetizing Ethernet: Development, Challenges and Opportunities.”

South America’s Ethernet markets pose unique challenges in cost effectiveness, enterprise demand and market evolution. In this presentation, Wheeler will join other industry experts to discuss key services and technologies driving the telecoms market in the region, as well as how to continue progress in the future.

WHO:

Wheeler brings more than 15 years of sales management and operational experience in the Internet/data communications industry to NTT America, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of NTT Communications and a Tier-1 global IP network services provider.

In his current role as Vice President of the Global IP Network (GIN) Business Unit, he is responsible for all financial, engineering, operational and customer relationship activities for the business unit. Previously, Wheeler led the sales and business development organization for the GIN Business Unit, including direct sales, account management, indirect channel sales, sales engineering, marketing, product management and business development activities.
