Level 3 to Provide Voice and Data Services, Enhance Network Capabilities for TSI

BROOMFIELD, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE:LVLT, news, filings) today announced that it has signed an agreement with TSI, a regional service provider based in Los Angeles. Level 3 will provide TSI with a suite of voice services as well as data capabilities that will broaden the breadth of services TSI provides to its regional and national customers.

TSI requires comprehensive voice services that enable the company to differentiate itself from other regional providers in a highly competitive market. Level 3’s balance of high-quality voice solutions with competitive prices and advanced data solutions enable regional providers to offer a superior customer experience and service.

Under the terms of the agreement, Level 3 is providing TSI with voice termination, private line, direct Internet access (DIA), IP toll-free and enterprise voice services. TSI will resell these services to its regional and national customers, enabling them to leverage Level 3’s extensive local capabilities, including local customer care, a deep understanding of the business community, an innovative network designed for business solutions, and recognized experience in providing voice services.
