Local Telecom Provider Selects Nonprofit Winner of its San RafaelCommunity Connection Campaign
San Rafael, Calif., March 10, 2011 – Integra Telecom Inc., a voice and Internetservices provider for business, has awarded In Defense of Animals of San Rafael, free,high-speed Internet service for a year through its Community Connection campaign.
In Defense of Animals was randomly selected through a drawing last night during the“Business After 5 Mixer,” hosted by the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and CircleBank. Gary Phillips, board chairman for the Chamber, drew the winning entry. Entrieswere submitted by local businesses and individuals who responded to the call tonominate their favorite nonprofit for the giveaway.
