Teets to join more than 50 “Celebrities” in must-attend technology networkingevent on March 10, 2011

DENVER – February 18, 2011 – tw telecom, (NASDAQ:TWTC, news, filings) a leadingprovider of managed voice, Internet and data networking solutions for businesses inDenver and throughout the U.S., today announced that Harold Teets, Senior VicePresident of Information and Network Technology, will be one of more than 50 “Celebrity”C-Levels participating on March 10, 2011 at the CSIA C-Level @ A Mile High event. CLevel@ A Mile High is Colorado’s biggest technology networking event and is designedto help increase the relationships and business done between Colorado technologycompanies.

Since the program’s inception in 2007, the CSIA C-Level @ A Mile High hasstimulated hundreds of relationships and resulted in millions of dollars of work betweenColorado companies.

Harold Teets was appointed Senior Vice President – Information and NetworkTechnologies for tw telecom in 2006. A 35-year veteran in technology and networkcommunications fields, Teets oversees the company’s Information Technology, NetworkTechnology, Technology Management, Technology Operations, Carrier Relations andAccess Management groups. Prior to joining the company, Teets was Chief Informationand Chief Technology Officer at Xspedius Communications. He has held executive leveltechnology leadership roles with several industry leading companies including AT&TCanada, MCI, Brooks Fiber, Conversant Communications, Looking Glass Networks andMFS. In 2010, Teets was appointed by the Federal Communications Commission to itsprestigious Technological Advisory Council.
