PLANO, Texas — February 16, 2011 — Masergy Communications, Inc. today announced its decision to postpone its proposed initial public offering due to market conditions.
“Masergy has decided not to proceed at this time; fortunately the company is growing, profitable and has no debt. Our stockholders remain committed to the company and have decided to maintain their ownership rather than sell at this time,” said Royce Holland, Masergy’s Executive Chairman.
