Singapore, February 25 2011: In this digital age, email and telephone communications have become fundamental to global businesses. Some aspects of traditional trading customs, however, remain close at heart, according to a new study conducted by mission critical communications provider Cable&Wireless Worldwide.
The study shows that in spite of our reliance on electronic communications, we still prefer face-to-face communications, either via videoconferencing or physical meetings, and find it fundamental in business collaborations.
