NTT America CEO Kazu Gomi to Present at IEEE GLOBECOM 2010

Executive Leadership to Provide Perspectives on Green Technology for Datacenters

New York, NY –  NTT America, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation, today announced  that the company CEO, Kazuhiro Gomi, will deliver a case study on the implementation of green technologies in NTT America datacenters as part of a panel on advancements in smart grid and clean technology at IEEE GLOBECOM 2010.  The event will be held December 6th – 10th at the Hyatt Regency Miami in Miami, Florida.

Over the past four years, IEEE Communications GLOBECOM 2010 has been the premier communications event for over 2,000 industry professionals and academics from companies, governmental agencies and universities representing over 50 countries.  As a leading provider of enterprise hosting, managed network and global IP networking services including IPv6, NTT America brings unique insight into how enterprise customers and service providers worldwide can cost effectively and productively deploy next generation services and applications to support growth.  NTT America has the knowledge that utilizing alternative energy sources will also enable global customers and service providers to generate additional revenue opportunities while achieving greater energy use efficiency and promoting corporate social responsibility.  During his presentation Mr. Gomi will share best practices for how NTT America has deployed energy efficient technologies and procedures in its datacenters.
