Mr. Jarkow is an industry veteran with 16 years of finance experience within international telecommunications. Mr. Jarkow has spent the past 13 years at AboveNet Communications, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to AboveNet, Mr. Jarkow served as Finance Director for Metromedia International Telecommunications. He holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
