Howson to Provide zColo Perspective to Industry Colleagues on Data Center Business and Investment
LOUISVILLE, Colo.– November 5, 2010 – Zayo Colocation, Inc. (zColo), a network-neutral colocation and interconnection services provider, announced today that David Howson will join industry executives in presenting at the Information Management Network (IMN) Data Centers Forum—a two-day event held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA on November 8-9.
The Forum on Financing, Investing & Real Estate Development for Data Centers features leading industry experts who will address the data center industry. Data Centers, the emerging asset class that investors need to seriously consider for their investment portfolio, has continued growing throughout the recession and slow growth period of today. With demand doubling every 2 years, many believe this is the one place where 20% returns are still possible.
zColo President, David Howson will be speaking on Comparing Models for Data Center Companies in which he will lend his knowledge and discuss the variables involved in buying, leasing and the extensive operational requirements of colocation facilities. This panel comes on the heels of the recent expansion of zColo services in Nashville, a 15,400 square foot building with 9,000 square feet of colocation space built out.
