Bandwidth.com Expands Executive Team

Four new leaders join Bandwidth.com’s growing company

Cary, NC – November 8, 2010 – Bandwidth.com, Inc., one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing phone networks and a provider of innovative communication services for businesses, announces the additions of four new executives to its leadership team: Chris Matton, as General Counsel; Rebecca Bottorff, as Chief People Officer; Brian Dally, as General Manager of Mobile Solutions; and Earl Wright, as Vice President of Operations.

Despite the recession, the company has continued to grow its team throughout 2010 including the additions of these key new leaders. “Each of these four individuals brings a unique set of experiences and expertise that will enable Bandwidth to accelerate execution towards our strategic goals,” said David Morken, CEO of Bandwidth. “These additions to the company further solidify our already strong leadership team.”

The latest addition to the company is Chris Matton, a former partner at the Raleigh office of Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP, who has signed on as Bandwidth.com’s General Counsel. A seasoned legal professional, Matton has already been serving Bandwidth.com as a professional advisor for more than six years. In addition to serving on several boards, Matton has been recognized for his professional accomplishments and expertise, including being named as one of The Best Lawyers in America (registered trademark) for Corporate Law.

Rebecca Bottorff was brought on board to lead Bandwidth.com’s Human Resources department as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Bandwidth.com, Bottorff ran her own firm Venture Savvy Consulting Group. Bottorff also served as the founding HR executive for Motricity (ticker: MOTR) and the VP/HR Officer for Konover Property Trust.

Brian Dally is Bandwidth.com’s new General Manager, Mobile Solutions. During Dally’s 15-year career, he has held various product, marketing, and operational roles in leading high growth technology companies such as Excite@Home, Openwave, Microsoft, and Motricity (ticker: MOTR). Dally has led the recent launch of Bandwidth.com’s new mobile service (Phonebooth Mobile) and related mobile applications.

Earl Wright joined Bandwidth.com as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s operations team and overall customer experience. Wright has gained a wealth of knowledge from his 14-year history in telecom operations at companies like MCI, Sprint and Winstar. Most recently, Wright served as Vice President of Network Services for Covad Communications, where he guided and transformed multiple customer and network operations teams.
