Zayo Ranks 23rd on ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Top Private Companies List
LOUISVILLE, Colo. – Oct 15, 2010 – Zayo Groupannounced today that they were ranked in ColoradoBiz Magazine’s list of the Top 250 Private Companies in the State of Colorado. Zayo, which has been in business just over four years, ranked in the top 10% of the list at number 23.
Zayo provides telecom & Internet infrastructure services over their regional, metro fiber & fiber to the tower networks that span over 150 markets, including deep fiber in 60 Metro Markets & 30 states plus the District of Columbia. Zayo consists of separate business units laser focused on different aspects of the bandwidth infrastructure solution process including: Lit and dark fiber solutions for carrier and enterprise customers and neutral colocation and interconnection services.

Zayo Group also recently announced its earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, reportingAdjusted EBITDA of $22.8 million on revenue of $61.4 million. On an annualized basis, these results represent Adjusted EBITDA growth of 27% and revenue and Adjusted EBITDA of $245.6 million and $91.3 million, respectively. Since this period, Zayo Group has completed three acquisitions and expanded its network and bandwidth infrastructure service offerings into eight new markets, including: Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Boise, Reno, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Nashville and Charlotte.
