nTelos wireless Announces The HTC Desire

The Company’s third Android-powered Smartphone features one of the world’s richest media experiences

Waynesboro, VA (October 25, 2010) – nTelos wireless proudly announces availability of the HTC Desire™, one of the most advanced Android™-powered touchscreen smartphones in the world. The high-end smartphone is exclusive to NTELOS in many markets.

The Desire features a superfast, 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor that encourages easy and seamless multi-tasking, the Android™ 2.1 platform and access to more than 80,000 applications on Android Market™. The Desire also includes the latest HTC Sense™ experience and a 3.7- inch Super TFT screen.

The device features built-in Google mobile services, including Google Search™, Google Maps™, Gmail™, YouTube™ and Google Maps Navigation™ BETA with voice-aided, turn-by-turn directions.
