SINGAPORE – October 11, 2010 – Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ:AKAM, news, filings) today announced the partnership with IAHGames to provide a superior experience for gamers on IAHGames.com across South-east Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand through Akamai’s solutions. The success of this service has also enabled IAHGames to grow its user base in markets as diverse as Eastern Europe and South America and acquire new titles to publish.
Using Akamai’s solutions for the gaming industry, IAHGames is able to respond more rapidly to gamers’ demands. Furthermore, implementing Akamai solutions has bolstered IAHGames’ management system to handle eight times its original capacity, thereby eliminating issues of overcapacity.
