TelePacific Communications Selected As a PHONE+ Top 50 Channel Program

TelePacific Communications, the largest CLEC providing integrated voice and data telecommunications services to the small and medium-sized business (“SMB”) customer segment in California and Nevada, has been named a Top 50 Channel Program by PHONE+ magazine. Details of this contest, including a list of all 50 winners, are published in the October issue of PHONE+ magazine and in the online Channel Program Guide. The winners also will be recognized at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Washington, D.C. from September 20-22.

TelePacific was selected from among hundreds of companies — carriers, resellers, master agencies and hardware and software vendors. Winners were determined by the more than 1,500 votes submitted August 10-20 by indirect sales partners.

“TelePacific is pleased to be honored as one of the best telecommunications channel programs for the fourth year in a row,” said Ken Bisnoff, TelePacific’s senior vice president of strategic opportunities. “We greatly value our relationships with our Telepartners and appreciate their efforts to contribute to our mutual growth and success.”

“PHONE+ is proud to recognize these channel programs for their exceptional service to the channel," said Larry Lannon, group publisher for PHONE+. “These companies set a high standard for others in the indirect channel; how much they’re appreciated is evidenced by the number of partners that turned out to vote for their favorites."

TelePacific has designed its Telepartner program with three goals in mind: to help our Telepartners succeed and make more money; to give our Telepartners better support tools to do it with; and most importantly, to give our Telepartners easy, direct access to the people and know-how that can simplify the entire selling experience. TelePacific values our partners and recognizes that they are a key element to our success. One of our highest priorities is to develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our agents, partners and customers, providing state-of-the-art technology and cost effective communications solutions while exceeding all expectations for customer service and satisfaction.
