Frontier Communications Corporation (NYSE:FTR, news, filings), the leading provider of communications services to rural America, recently announced the appointment of Rhonda Lutzke as Senior Vice President and General Manager for its Central Region Mid-State Territory, comprising Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin. In this role, Ms. Lutzke is overseeing Frontier’s aggressive deployment of broadband communications and is responsible for every aspect of the customer experience. Frontier’s Mid-State Territory is headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Ms. Lutzke joined Frontier Communications in July 2007. Prior to July 2010, she was Area General Manager of the company’s former Great Lakes Territory (WI/MI/IN/OH). In this role she was responsible for field operations, revenue/expense/capital budget development and execution, high-speed Internet expansion, customer relations, competitive analysis and implementation of Frontier’s local market engagement model.
Prior to Frontier, Ms. Lutzke held a variety of senior-level management positions with TDS Telecom and Fiskars Inc. over the past 26 years. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin State Telecom Association and the Shawano Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Lutzke holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Management and Marketing from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. She and her family reside in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
