Mauck joins i/o from Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division where he was the Global Head of the Communications Infrastructure team. During his 11 year tenure with Citigroup, Mauck advised technology and telecom companies, including data center service providers, on strategic transactions and successfully raised more than $20 billion in capital, including debt and equity.
The announcement was made by George D. Slessman, CEO of i/o. “Jon Mauck is an extraordinary talent in the data center industry. Mauck received a bachelor’s degree with honors in finance and economics from George Mason University, where he also led the National Debate team to the championship. Mauck went on to get his law degree from Boston College, where he served as editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest. Prior to his career as an investment banker, Mauck practiced law in New York.
