Data Foundry’s President and Chief Financial Officer, Shane Menking, speaks with WHIR about the company’s latest development, a 40-acre Data Ranch. The first phase of a 250,000-square-foot data center named Texas 1 broke ground on August 3. Texas 1 is the beginning of the 40-acre Data Ranch campus designed to be home to multiple data centers providing colocation and worksite recovery solutions.
The company’s tenured engineers and staff are what make Data Foundry a team of data center operators and not just providers of data center space. This operational team leverages years of experience in supporting mission-critical colocation and disaster recovery solutions. Data Foundry provides services from single cabinets and private data suites to multi-megawatt deployments, dedicated disaster recovery solutions, and retail and wholesale deployments.
WHIR filmed the interview during July’s HostingCon 2010, held in Austin, Texas.
