ZAYO GROUP CLARIFIES REFERENCES TO AFS PURCHASE PRICE

LOUISVILLE, Colo. – June 30, 2010 – Zayo Group restated that the terms of its acquisition of American Fiber Systems Holding Corporation (AFS) are not disclosed, but that the $185-190 million consideration referenced by various media outlets is materially inaccurate and overstated.  For information about the transaction, please refer to the original press release issued this morning.
