Business Telecommunications Provider Sites Market Demand and Localized Service Model For 35.81% Growth Between 2007-2009

PORTLAND, Ore., June 24, 2010 – Integra Telecom Inc., an integrated communications provider for business, has been recognized by the Portland Business Journal as one of Oregon’s 2010 Fastest Growing Private 100 Companies. Ranked 55, Integra Telecom has made the list 11 times in the last 12 years and has the highest annual revenues of any company on this year’s roster. Reporting more than $638 million in 2009 revenue, Integra grew by more than 35.81 percent between 2007 and 2009 and is nearly four times larger than the second largest company on the list.

The Fastest Growing Private 100 Companies is an annual Portland Business Journal tradition. This year’s fastest growing private companies were honored at an awards ceremony at the Portland Art Museum on Thursday, June 24. Hosted by Craig Wessel, publisher of the Portland Business Journal, the event is one of the publication’s business programs aimed at recognizing Oregon’s leading companies. Integra Telecom currently provides telecommunications services to nearly 50 percent of the businesses recognized on this year’s list.
