AMSTERDAM 3 May 2010 – Interxion Holding N.V., a leading European provider of colocation data center services, announced today that it has submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 on a confidential basis to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a possible initial public offering of ordinary shares.
The offering is expected to be completed in the second half of 2010, pending regulatory approval and as capital markets conditions permit. The number of shares proposed to be offered and sold and the amount proposed to be raised in the offering have not yet been determined.
