GAITHERSBURG, MD – May 26, 2010 – BroadSoft®, the leading global provider of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) applications to the telecommunications industry, announced today that its BroadWorks® Mobility Suite has been named a Stevie Award Finalist in the 2010 American Business Awards.
According to The Stevie Awards, more than 2,700 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for the 2010 American Business Awards, for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, and Best New Product or Service of the Year. As a Stevie finalist, BroadSoft’s BroadWorks Mobility Suite will be competing in the “Best New Product of the Year – Software as a Service – More than 100 Employees” category.
BroadSoft’s BroadWorks Mobility Suite provides a range of advanced communications and multimedia applications, including Hosted Unified Communications, Hosted Video Communications, all-device SMS, location-based services extension, Business Trunking, and broadband services fully integrated into a single VoIP application platform. The ceremonies will be broadcast on radio nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network.
