Dynamic Office-SIP allows for anywhere, anytime communications
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., January 11, 2010 – Windstream (NYSE:WIN, news, filings) has launched Dynamic Office – SIP, a new business communications solution that combines voice, data and high-speed Internet services over a single connection and offers customers both the cost-savings and advantages of VoIP technology.
Windstream’s Dynamic Office – Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) product is more cost effective than a traditional communications system. It’s a next-generation IP solution that provides customers direct access to Windstream’s private IP network for data and voice communications. A business can exchange voice traffic over an Internet connection rather than physical line or PRI, saving the customer money and streamlining operations.
Dynamic Office – SIP also can enhance workforce productivity and mobility by providing connectivity for remote personnel. Employees can now be reachable by a single number that rings simultaneously at multiple locations, allowing customers, vendors and co-workers to get the answers they need immediately.
The product offers synchronous high-speed Internet for equally fast upload and download capability, plus intelligent call routing, sophisticated messaging and many more advanced features. It is backed by Windstream’s state-of-the-art, fully-redundant IP network, which helps to ensure the highest quality of service.
“Windstream continues to develop advanced voice and data solutions designed to help our customers do business more efficiently,” said Don Perkins, Windstream vice president of business marketing. “Dynamic Office-SIP allows businesses to benefit from the lower costs and advanced services available with VoIP technology.”
