INTEGRA TELECOM TRANSFERS KLAMATH FALLS CUSTOMERS TO CAL- ORE COMMUNICATIONS

No Disruption in Service or Rates Expected for Klamath Falls, Ore. Customers

PORTLAND, Ore., Jan. 25, 2010 Integra Telecom Inc., a telecommunications provider for business, has entered into a definitive agreement to transfer its subscriber base in Klamath Falls, Ore., to Cal-Ore Communications during the second quarter of 2010. The exact date of the transfer is dependent upon regulatory approval by the FCC and the Oregon Public Utilities Commission (OPUC). Throughout the transfer, customers will continue to receive the same telecom products and services at the same rates, terms and conditions as they do currently.

Per the OPUC rules, Integra customers will be automatically transferred and each account will be assigned to Cal-Ore Communications. Customers do reserve the right to select another provider should they desire.

Customers that have placed prepayments or deposits in Klamath Falls, Ore., for services from Integra are encouraged to call 1-800-727-8484 to ensure those prepayments or deposits are transferred to Cal-Ore Communications.
