Fibertech Networks President John Purcell to Speak at Metro Connect USA 2010

Fibertech Networks, L.L.C., a leading provider of metropolitan bandwidth services in mid-size cities, today announced that Fibertech President and CEO John Purcell will speak at the Metro Connect USA 2010 Summit on Tuesday, January 26, in Miami, FL.

Purcell will participate on a panel discussion titled “Build vs. Buy vs. Lease vs. Acquire vs. Outsource.” As a leader in the metro data transport industry, Purcell will discuss the differences in last foot connectivity between Tier I, II and III markets in areas such as entry costs and building access rights. He will also talk about Fibertech’s experience as a last mile fiber builder and how our lease model makes sense as an entry into a new market for carriers.
