AT&T to Sponsor Village at the Lift for Annual Sundance Film Festival in Park City

Main Street’s Lift Redesigned as the Ultimate Insider’s Destination

AT&T* is the official Multichannel Video Programming Distributor sponsor of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival. AT&T is all about connecting people with their passions – from arts and entertainment to building communities. These values are also what make the Sundance Film Festival the largest independent film festival in the United States.

To share this passion with Sundance attendees, AT&T will have 4 unique spaces at the renowned Village at the Lift from Jan. 20-22. The attractions will showcase DIRECTV in the Cabin, AUDIENCE in the Café, Jeff Vespa’s WireImage Studio presented by DIRECTV, and DIRECTV NOW.

Village at the Lift will offer guests an escape from the cold with seasonal beverages and light fare from notable Japanese restaurant Nobu. They will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and access to the DIRECTV app and content through tablets, phones and TVs throughout the space.

Nobu will also host intimate dinners for film casts presenting at Sundance. Executive Chef Gregorio Stephenson will present the dinners at Village at the Lift during the festival.

This year’s festival offers AT&T more ways to grow its entertainment lineup. Since 2012, DIRECTV has been co-financing films for its VOD/PPV platform and Sundance offers an opportunity to discover new content and meet up-and-coming creators. DIRECTV is very active in selecting films with its partners at Sundance and looks forward to hosting filmmakers, talent and consumers at The Lift.
