Sprint Continues to Give Thanks

Here at Sprint, we are proud to serve the best customers in the business! We’re so grateful for their support and loyalty, and we’re always looking for ways to show our appreciation in the communities we serve. In fact, as part of our #SprintSaysThanks initiative, our retail stores across the South Central region – and across the country – host events each month with exciting in-store promotions for customers. Our next Sprint Says Thanks event is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 19th.

Showing appreciation turns new customers into long-term, loyal customers. It’s proven that happy customers lead to ongoing business, referrals and business growth. For companies, saying thanks is a simple and easy way to build customer relationships, establish trust and to stand apart from competitors. Here are three easy ways to go above and beyond customer expectations and show your appreciation:

  1. Send a personal gift or thank you note. If you want to create a “wow” factor, especially for new customers, sending a personalized email, note or gift is a simple way to exceed expectations and create lifelong customers. Across Sprint, we go the extra mile for our customers. As a follow up for new customers, Sprint employees often send a thank you email with tips and helpful links. Small gestures like these not only make customers feel welcomed, but they recognize the companies they do business with genuinely care about their well-being.
  1. Give back to the community. Customers like to see that the companies they do business with want to make the world a better place. Instead of giving thanks directly to the customer, show your appreciation by giving community donations, coordinating volunteer efforts or partnering with other local business and organizations to advance a community initiative. For example, this school year we partnered with local high schools in a couple of markets in Oklahoma to host a season-long campaign donating money to the schools with the “most spirit.”  Taking a genuine interest in the communities you inhabit will allow businesses to show gratitude through their actions and will work towards establishing trust among partners and constituents.
  1. Host an event or special deal at your stores or online. In order to show our appreciation with our #SprintSaysThanks program, we host events and discounts on products and services across Sprint retail stores. We have hosted several of these one-day events at various retail stores with games, giveaways, food and refreshments. We also give our customers the chance to receive referral reward cards for friends and family members who switched to Sprint. Hosting events and special deals are great ways to get customers to come into your stores or to visit your website while feeling welcomed and appreciated at the same time.

We all know that in order to truly say ‘’thank you,’’ your actions must speak louder than your words. That’s why we at Sprint spend so much of our time making sure our customers and communities know just how thankful and appreciative we are. Please join us at Sprint stores across the country on Saturday, Nov. 19 as we say “thanks.”
