Atlantic Metro and InfoRelay Announce Merger

Company Representatives from Atlantic Metro Communications and InfoRelay Online Systems, two leading IT Infrastructure as a Service organizations, are pleased to announce they have merged their respective companies.

The merger combines InfoRelay’s data center colocation solutions with Atlantic Metro’s national network backbone, cloud hosting services and extensive range of IT managed services. The companies, who have collaborated on recent IaaS solutions, plan to leverage their combined strengths to enhance service offerings for current and future enterprise customers.

“Since first opening our doors 10 years ago, Atlantic Metro’s growth has stemmed not only from the superior work of our team, but from our relentless commitment to quality solutions and excellent customer service,” commented Matthew Lombardi, CEO of Atlantic Metro. “As a result of these efforts, our business has grown significantly over the past several years and we will only grow stronger through this merger.”

President and Founder of InfoRelay, Russell Weiss commented “Like Atlantic Metro, InfoRelay has an impressive track record of providing innovative and reliable IT solutions. Combining forces was a logical step for us, because it will allow us to provide our clients with an even larger data center footprint, expanded network capacity, and custom hybrid cloud solutions. This merger unites the incredible talent and technology of two great companies, and I am truly excited for our future together.”

The combined company will operate high-capacity fiber optic networks, have extensive national data center footprints, and specialize in creating secure hybrid cloud solutions for public and private sector customers. The combined client base comprises Fortune 500 companies, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and government agencies.

The companies plan to operate under their respective names and work to integrate service platforms gradually over time to ensure a positive customer experience. The companies will also retain their current offices in New York, New Jersey and Virginia.
