HARTFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Frontier Communications (NYSE:FTR, news, filings) announced an additional investment in Hartford, Connecticut that will increase speeds and deploy additional fiber technology to businesses and homes in the north end of the city. Fiber-optic technology is the fastest and most reliable network to deliver vital broadband services.
