Sprint Open World Continues to Expand

Peru, Guam, Northern Marianas and Saipan Added

At Sprint, we know that our customers want to be able to travel the world and stay connected with family and friends without the worry of overage charges. That is why we continue to add more countries to Sprint Open World and Sprint Global Roaming. With the addition of Peru, Guam, Northern Marianas and Saipan we now cover 76 destinations around the world.

Sprint Open World

  • For customers traveling frequently to Mexico, Canada and 14 countries across Latin America, including Peru, Sprint Open World includes calling and text,plus 1GB of high-speed data. The Latin American countries are Dominican Republic, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. Sprint offers free calling in more international destinations than any other carrier. T-Mobile offers free calling in two countries.  Verizon does not offer free international calling.
  • In Guam, Northern Marianas and Saipan, and additional destinations outside of Mexico, Canada and Latin America, the Sprint Open World plan includes texting, discounted calling, and high-speed data for only $30/GB.

  • Qualified Sprint customers on domestic plans with compatible phones may add Sprint Open World to their Sprint plan simply by visitingwww.sprint.com/openworld or go to your local Sprint store.1

Sprint Global Roaming
Customers whose international travel does not frequently include Mexico, Canada or Latin America may opt instead for the Sprint Global Roaming free add-on service. With Sprint Global Roaming, customers get unlimited data (up to 2G speeds), unlimited text messaging, and calls for $0.20 per minute1.
