Entry Methods
To enter the sweepstakes a user must tweet an image of themselves or their child or pet in costume with the hashtags #Halloween AND #SprintSweepstakes.
Entrants must enter through Twitter, using their own personal Twitter handle. If you do not have a Twitter account, you may sign up for a free account at www.twitter.com. By submitting your information and creating a Twitter account, you will be required to agree to the Twitter terms of service and privacy policy. If you do not agree to Twitter’s terms of service and privacy policy, you cannot create a Twitter account or participate in this Sweepstakes.
Entrants must follow @Sprint or @SprintNews so that we may send you a DM in the event that you are selected as a potential winner. Limit one (1) entry per person (including multiple twitter accounts), per entry period.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Open only to legal residents of fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older. Employees of Sprint Communications Company L.P., or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Prizes
Five Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime devices with an SRP of $240.00 each. Aggregate Market Value of All Prizes is $1,200.00.
Winner is awarded one device. Sprint will choose which device is awarded to each winner.
Prize is awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND by Sprint, express or implied, without limitation. Wireless service is NOT INCLUDED with the Prize, and any and all fees and costs associated with the activation and use of wireless service on the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Selection and Notification Process
Five random entries who have Tweeted a photo of themselves in costume using #Halloween AND #SprintSweepstakes, will be chosen and will be declared the Sweepstakes winners (“Winner”).
The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries. The judges will attempt to notify the potential winner within seven (7) days of the sweepstakes. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the judges may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries. The winner will be notified via email or Twitter DM.
