NTT Communications Renames Cloud Virtual Desktop Service As Enterprise DaaS

TOKYO, Japan — July 21, 2015 — NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within NTT (NYSE:NTT, news, filings), announced today that it has changed the name of its cloud-based virtual desktop service for enterprises to Enterprise DaaS, effective immediately. The former name was Enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

The virtual desktop service provides enterprises with cloud-based access to office desktop environments from any place at any time, thereby enhancing global productivity and security. The service was launched in the U.S. market in April 2014.

Although the name has changed, service features, procedures, prices, etc. remain the same as before.
