Sweat It Out: Workout apps that work

Whether you’re looking to get your body beach-ready for summer or just want to start some healthy habits, we’ve found a few health and fitness apps we really believe in. Check them out and get your workout on! This GPS-based app will track your runs and a whole lot more. Here’s a few of our favorite features:

7 Minute Workout by Wahoo Fitness
If you want to start working out but don’t feel like you’ve got the time, this app can help you pack it all in in just 7 minutes a day.
